Sherman is co-founder of Arch.
Sherman is a seasoned entrepreneur whose career spans decades of innovation and leadership across diverse industries. After graduating from Ocean University in 1969 with a degree in Food Science and Technology, he began his journey as a Quality Control Manager for one of Taiwan's largest canned food manufacturers.
He quickly transitioned into entrepreneurship, leading ventures in garment exports, commercial building planning, and digital marketing and sales. Some highlights include pioneering Taiwan's police intersection surveillance system in 1998 (eWatch), collaborating with IBM Watson for Oncology as an exclusive agent in Taiwan and mainland China, and, most recently, spearheading the creation of the WebPaas cloud business model in 2023. Sherman's ability to adapt to emerging technologies and market trends has established him as a forward-thinking leader with a remarkable legacy of innovation.
He has also held numerous advisory roles, including for the prior Minister of Economics Pin-Cun Chiang, and the Lee Ysu Yuan architectural firm.
Sherman is a graduate of Tainan First High School (1964), and holds a B.S. Food Science and Technology from Ocean University (1969).
Yoyo
Yoyo has more than two decades of expertise in advertising, public relations, and digital news media. She has been an integral part of Ogilvy Communications Group, Leo Burnett, and Dentsu Aegis Network among others.
In the past ten years, she has become invested in startup coaching and venture capital services. Now, she helps to provide Taiwanese startups with the resources they need to accelerate and innovate - at the same time helping to network and transform the innovation ecosystem while propelling companies towards global markets.
